I love PC's but sometimes they can be such a pain in the A. Usually, the internet has the answer to most problems you'll encounter, but you have to dig through forum after forum, thread after thread to find it. Sometimes, there just isn't a clear, concise, solution, so I'm here to share all the bugs and annoyances I've come across. That way, I can save noobs like you a little time.

Change Default Control Panel View in Windows 7

The default view for the control panel in Windows 7 tries to be more user friendly by keeping all the items hidden from view, and replaces it with a bunch of non-intuitive categories. To undo this, there used to be a button on the sidebar that would say "change to classic view". Well, Windows 7 changes it up and puts the option in a drop down menu.

Click on view on the top right drop down menu.


And then click on either large or small icons. There! back to normal.
